Fees & Service Information

At Build N Bloom, we provide a safe, supportive, and child-centred therapeutic space for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. As a mobile counselling service, we bring counselling to you, offering flexible support across Hawthorne, Bulimba, Wynnum, Manly, Bayside and Logan. Other locations may be considered, so please reach out to discuss your needs.

We recognise that every person is unique, and both family therapy and individual counselling are tailored to meet each individual's strengths, goals, experiences, and developmental needs.

Our therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based and developmentally appropriate interventions, including:

Therapy is tailored to each client, ensuring support is engaging, responsive, and aligned with their developmental stage, personal goals, and lived experiences.

$150 per 60-minute session

$180 per 60-minute session

Individual counselling sessions may incorporate a blend of play-based, expressive, creative, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to each person’s individual needs. These approaches can support emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and personal growth.

Therapeutic support packages are also available, offering a structured combination of counselling sessions, parent/carer consultations, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting where required.  $250 per session (2-hour sessions)

Family therapy supports families to strengthen communication, improve relationships, navigate challenges, and build healthy, connected family systems.

Sessions may focus on:

• Parent-child relationships
• Family communication
• Behavioural concerns
• Emotional regulation
• Family transitions and separation
• Domestic and family violence recovery
• Strengthening attachment and connection

 Build N Bloom is a mobile counselling service providing support throughout:

• Hawthorne
• Bulimba
• Wynnum
• Manly
• Bayside
• Logan

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your location. We will do our best to accommodate requests where possible.

Appointments are available in-person within our service areas and online where appropriate. As a mobile service, sessions may be held in your home, school, community setting, or another suitable location by arrangement.

Travel within our core service areas is included in the session fee. Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside these areas and will be discussed prior to booking.

• Fees are payable on the day of service.
• Private health rebates may be available depending on your insurer and level of cover.
• NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants may be accepted by arrangement.
• Reduced-fee places may be available in limited circumstances and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
