LEGO® Therapy can benefit children, adolescents, and young people of all abilities and backgrounds. It is particularly helpful for individuals who may experience challenges with social connection, communication, emotional regulation, anxiety, confidence, or peer relationships.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs, interests, and goals of each participant, creating a supportive environment where learning and growth occur naturally through play and connection.

One-on-one sessions provide a personalised therapeutic experience where individual goals can be explored through LEGO®-based activities, creative play, and therapeutic conversation.

Family sessions use collaborative LEGO® activities to strengthen communication, improve family relationships, encourage teamwork, and create opportunities for meaningful connection between family members.

Group programs provide participants with opportunities to build friendships, develop social confidence, practise communication skills, and work collaboratively with peers in a safe and supportive environment.

Build N Bloom is currently seeking expressions of interest for LEGO® Therapy Groups commencing in August 2026.
Groups will be designed to support social connection, communication, confidence, emotional regulation, and teamwork through engaging LEGO®-based activities. Group options will be available based on age, developmental needs, and participant interest.
If you would like to register your interest, learn more about upcoming groups, or discuss whether LEGO® Therapy may be suitable for you or your child, please contact Build N Bloom. We would love to hear from you.
